이용약관
1. 서비스
DayCal(이하 "앱")은 식사 사진을 AI로 인식해 메뉴·칼로리를 추정하고, 한 끼 클립과 하루·주간·월간 영상을 만들어 주는 iOS 앱입니다. 2Labs(이하 "당사")가 운영합니다. 앱을 설치·이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 계정
앱에는 회원가입이 없습니다. 앱이 자동으로 만든 익명 식별자로 무료 한도와 구독 상태를 관리합니다. 기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 삭제했다가 다시 설치하면 익명 식별자가 바뀔 수 있습니다. 이 경우 구독은 App Store의 구매 복원으로 다시 연결할 수 있고, 기기 안의 기록은 iOS 백업에서 복원됩니다.

무료 분석을 다 써도 사진 저장, 메뉴 직접 입력, 하루 영상 만들기는 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다. 한도와 혜택은 바뀔 수 있으며, 바뀌면 앱과 이 페이지에 알립니다.
4. 구독
- DayCal Pro는 월간 또는 연간 자동 갱신 구독이며 Apple ID를 통해 결제됩니다. 가격은 결제 화면에 표시된 금액이 기준입니다.
- 7일 무료 체험이 제공되는 경우, 체험 종료 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 유료 구독으로 전환됩니다.
- 구독은 현재 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 같은 조건으로 자동 갱신됩니다.
- 해지는 iOS 설정 > Apple 계정 > 구독 또는 앱의 설정 > 구독 관리에서 할 수 있습니다. 해지해도 현재 기간이 끝날 때까지는 Pro가 유지됩니다.
- 환불은 Apple의 정책과 절차를 따릅니다. 당사는 결제를 직접 처리하지 않습니다.
5. AI 인식 결과
메뉴·칼로리·탄단지는 사진을 바탕으로 한 추정치이며 실제와 다를 수 있습니다. 이 수치는 의료·영양 조언이 아니며, 질병의 진단·치료나 식이 요법의 근거로 쓰여서는 안 됩니다. 앱은 인식 결과를 언제든 고칠 수 있는 수정 화면을 제공합니다. 플랜의 목표 칼로리는 일반적인 공식(Mifflin-St Jeor)으로 계산한 참고값입니다.
6. 콘텐츠와 권리
- 사용자가 찍거나 올린 사진·라이브포토와 앱으로 만든 영상·이미지의 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다. 당사는 분석과 영상 생성에 필요한 범위에서만 처리합니다.
- 사용자는 자신이 권리를 가진 사진만 올려야 하며, 타인의 초상이나 저작물을 무단으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
- 앱의 템플릿·디자인·브랜드·소프트웨어의 권리는 당사에 있습니다.
- 하루 영상에 넣을 수 있는 배경음악은 Kevin MacLeod(incompetech.com)의 음원으로 CC BY 4.0 라이선스를 따릅니다. 음악이 든 영상을 공개 게시할 때는 해당 라이선스에 따라 출처 표기("Music: Kevin MacLeod, incompetech.com, CC BY 4.0")가 필요할 수 있습니다. 앱의 설정 > 정보 > 음악 크레딧에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
7. 금지 행위
- 앱이나 서버를 역설계·변조하거나, 자동화된 방법으로 분석 요청을 대량으로 보내는 행위
- 무료 한도나 구독 검증을 우회하는 행위
- 법령이나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 만들거나 유포하는 행위
8. 데이터와 백업
식사 기록·사진·영상은 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 당사는 이 데이터의 사본을 보관하지 않으므로, 기기 분실·초기화·앱 삭제로 인한 데이터 손실은 복구할 수 없습니다. iOS 백업을 켜 두시길 권합니다.
9. 서비스 변경과 중단
당사는 기능을 추가·변경·종료할 수 있으며, 서버 점검이나 외부 서비스(Apple, Google) 사정으로 일시적으로 분석 기능이 중단될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 안에서 알립니다.
10. 책임의 제한
앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 당사는 AI 추정의 부정확, 데이터 손실, 서비스 중단으로 인한 간접·특별 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 당사의 책임은 어떤 경우에도 사용자가 최근 12개월 동안 당사에 지급한 금액을 넘지 않습니다. 소비자에게 법령상 보장되는 권리는 이 조항으로 제한되지 않습니다.
11. 준거법
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법상 관할법원에서 해결합니다. 사용자가 거주하는 지역의 강행 규정이 있는 경우 그 규정이 우선합니다.

Terms of Service
1. The service
DayCal (the "App") is an iOS app that recognizes meal photos with AI to estimate dishes and calories, and creates meal clips and daily, weekly, and monthly videos. It is operated by 2Labs ("we"). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.
2. Account
There is no sign-up. The App manages your free quota and subscription status with an anonymous identifier it creates automatically. Switching devices or deleting and reinstalling the App may change this identifier. Your subscription can be reconnected with Restore Purchases through the App Store, and on-device records are restored from your iOS backup.

After the free analyses are used up, you can still save photos, type dishes yourself, and make the daily video. Limits and benefits may change; changes will be announced in the App and on this page.
4. Subscription
- DayCal Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription billed through your Apple ID. The price shown at checkout applies.
- If a 7-day free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically on the same terms unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancel in iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions, or from Settings > Manage subscription in the App. Pro stays active until the end of the current period.
- Refunds follow Apple's policies and procedures. We do not process payments directly.
5. AI results
Dish names, calories, and macros are estimates based on photos and may differ from actual values. They are not medical or nutritional advice and must not be used to diagnose or treat any condition or as the basis of a diet. The App always lets you correct recognized results. Plan targets are reference values computed with a standard formula (Mifflin-St Jeor).
6. Content and rights
- You own the photos and Live Photos you capture or upload and the videos and images the App creates from them. We process them only as needed for analysis and video generation.
- Only upload photos you have the right to use; do not use other people's likeness or works without permission.
- The App's templates, design, brand, and software are owned by 2Labs.
- Background music available for daily videos is by Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) under the CC BY 4.0 license. When you publicly post a video containing this music, attribution ("Music: Kevin MacLeod, incompetech.com, CC BY 4.0") may be required under that license. See Settings > About > Music credits in the App.
7. Prohibited use
- Reverse engineering or tampering with the App or its servers, or sending analysis requests in bulk through automated means
- Circumventing the free limit or subscription verification
- Creating or distributing content that violates the law or others' rights
8. Data and backups
Meal records, photos, and videos are stored only on your device. We keep no copy, so data lost through device loss, reset, or App deletion cannot be recovered. We recommend keeping iOS backup enabled.
9. Changes and interruptions
We may add, change, or discontinue features. Analysis may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or third-party services (Apple, Google). Material changes will be announced in the App.
10. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or special damages arising from inaccurate AI estimates, data loss, or service interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by this section.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be resolved by the competent court under Korean civil procedure. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence prevail where applicable.

1. サービス
DayCal（以下「本アプリ」）は、食事の写真をAIで認識してメニュー・カロリーを推定し、一食のクリップや1日・週間・月間の動画を作成するiOSアプリです。2Labs（以下「当社」）が運営します。本アプリをインストール・利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
2. アカウント
本アプリに会員登録はありません。アプリが自動生成する匿名の識別子で無料枠とサブスクリプションの状態を管理します。端末を変更したり、アプリを削除して再インストールしたりすると、識別子が変わることがあります。その場合、サブスクリプションはApp Storeの購入を復元で再接続でき、端末内の記録はiOSのバックアップから復元されます。

無料の分析回数を使い切っても、写真の保存、メニューの手入力、1日の動画作成はそのまま利用できます。枠や特典は変更されることがあり、変更時はアプリと本ページでお知らせします。
4. サブスクリプション
- DayCal Proは月額または年額の自動更新サブスクリプションで、Apple IDを通じて課金されます。価格は購入画面に表示される金額が基準です。
- 7日間の無料トライアルが提供される場合、トライアル終了の24時間前までに解約しないと、自動的に有料サブスクリプションに移行します。
- サブスクリプションは、現在の期間が終了する24時間前までに解約しない限り、同じ条件で自動更新されます。
- 解約はiOSの設定 > Appleアカウント > サブスクリプション、またはアプリの設定 > サブスクリプションの管理から行えます。解約後も現在の期間が終了するまでProは有効です。
- 返金はAppleのポリシーと手続きに従います。当社は決済を直接処理しません。
5. AIの認識結果
メニュー・カロリー・PFCは写真に基づく推定値であり、実際とは異なる場合があります。これらは医療・栄養上の助言ではなく、疾病の診断・治療や食事療法の根拠として使用してはなりません。本アプリでは認識結果をいつでも修正できます。プランの目標カロリーは一般的な計算式（Mifflin-St Jeor）による参考値です。
6. コンテンツと権利
- ユーザーが撮影・アップロードした写真・Live Photos、および本アプリで作成した動画・画像の権利はユーザーに帰属します。当社は分析と動画作成に必要な範囲でのみ処理します。
- ユーザーは自身が権利を有する写真のみをアップロードし、他人の肖像や著作物を無断で使用してはなりません。
- 本アプリのテンプレート・デザイン・ブランド・ソフトウェアの権利は当社に帰属します。
- 1日の動画に使用できるBGMはKevin MacLeod（incompetech.com）の楽曲で、CC BY 4.0ライセンスに基づきます。BGMを含む動画を公開する際は、同ライセンスに従いクレジット表記（"Music: Kevin MacLeod, incompetech.com, CC BY 4.0"）が必要となる場合があります。アプリの設定 > 情報 > 音楽クレジットで確認できます。
7. 禁止事項
- 本アプリやサーバーのリバースエンジニアリング・改変、自動化された手段による大量の分析リクエスト
- 無料枠やサブスクリプション検証の回避
- 法令や他人の権利を侵害するコンテンツの作成・配布
8. データとバックアップ
食事の記録・写真・動画はユーザーの端末にのみ保存されます。当社はその複製を保持しないため、端末の紛失・初期化・アプリの削除によるデータの損失は復旧できません。iOSのバックアップを有効にしておくことをおすすめします。
9. サービスの変更・中断
当社は機能を追加・変更・終了することがあります。サーバーのメンテナンスや外部サービス（Apple、Google）の事情により、分析機能が一時的に利用できない場合があります。重要な変更はアプリ内でお知らせします。
10. 責任の制限
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。法令が許容する範囲において、当社はAI推定の不正確さ、データの損失、サービスの中断に起因する間接的・特別な損害について責任を負いません。当社の責任は、いかなる場合もユーザーが直近12か月間に当社へ支払った金額を上限とします。消費者に法令上保障される権利は本条により制限されません。
11. 準拠法
本規約は大韓民国法に準拠し、紛争は民事訴訟法上の管轄裁判所で解決します。ユーザーの居住地域に強行規定がある場合は、その規定が優先します。
